Games:

• Double Elimination (each team must lose twice to be eliminated, feeding into Backdraw).

• Best 2 out of 3 games

• Games are played to 11 points

• Win by 1 point (not the standard "win by 2")

• Every team is guaranteed at least two matches

Main Draw:

• All teams start in the Main Draw.

• Winners advance after each win.

• First loss sends the team to the Backdraw.

Backdraw:

• Teams that lose a match in the Main Draw drop into the Backdraw.

• A second loss results in elimination.

• The Backdraw progresses separately and leads to a final matchup with the last remaining team in the Main Draw.

Championship Match(es)

• If the losers bracket winner defeats the winners bracket champion, a second and final championship match will be played (since both teams will then have one loss).

• Otherwise, the winners bracket champion wins the tournament outright.

Additional

• Seeding will be randomized or based on prior ranking or DUPR score.

• If an odd number of teams, byes will be utilized in the first round of the Main Draw.

• Tiebreakers for seeding may include point differential or head-to-head match results.

• DUPR reporting for 4.5 brackets and below.
